Notes:
All Promasters require the use of KC100 or KC501 to precode keys. Any key not available at time of programming will become useless. Active alarm with no key available will most likely require BCM replacement. 14-16 will require disconnecting the battery for 20 seconds after pin/precoding, or the vehicle will not start. 17-19 does not require battery disconnect. 20+requires the use of the 12+8 bypass cable. The gateway is located behind the glove box. There are a number of screws to remove, some on the sides, and above the glove box. You'll find the gateway buried in behind.
